Do Not Order From Here!! I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered the "Peaceful Purity" arrangement, which is advertised as a beautiful all-white sympathy bouquet for a funeral. Instead, I received a colorful arrangement with pink, yellow, orange, and purple flowers that looked nothing like what I ordered. Even after the flowers were supposedly "replaced," the arrangement still did not resemble the product I paid for, which was $101. I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made due to availability, but your own website states that the style and spirit of the arrangement will be maintained. That absolutely did not happen here. The peaceful, elegant white sympathy arrangement I ordered was replaced with something that looked like a random mixed bouquet. To make matters worse, several of the flowers were already wilted and drooping when we received them. These flowers were for a funeral, and this was not an appropriate substitute for such an important occasion. This was an emotional purchase, and instead of helping us honor a loved one, it added unnecessary stress and disappointment during an already difficult time. I cannot recommend this flower shop bas

Stop buying flowers from this business. It’s a SCAM! It doesn’t have a real location. Business is not located where it says on google. They are not professional and DO NOT do any work similar to the website. You will be over charged and disappointed. I ordered from them in 2020 for Mother’s Day and left a review with pictures and now I’m getting messages from business page that in my opinion are far from professional. Upon reading recent reviews they are still over charging for very disappointing work. (And yes I did react and respond because this is RIDICULOUS!) I added the original photos from the arrangement I bought from her in 2020. Please stop buying from this place you will be disappointed.

Stay stay stay away from this company! The arrangements they tell you over there phone are definitely not worth the price when they are delivered purchased a dozen red roses from them and what we got was absolute garbage especially for $130 I have purchased so many flowers from different stores throughout El Paso and this is the worst place absolute scam wish I would’ve checked the Google reviews before purchasing if you’re thinking of taking a chance with them do not. Go elsewhere like Angie’s flowers or Xochitl. Should have stayed with my usual florist but took the risk and completely regret it. If I could give zero stars I would

Don’t waste your money. Ghost company, went to their address and they aren’t located there. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a flower shop! I can’t believe they dare call themselves florist. I order 2 big arrangements for a funeral and paid $550 for this service and received a joke. When I call and sent pictures to the person on the phone she said she saw the arrangements and new was happy with what they sent out, which only goes to show they don’t have a clue what they are doing. I wish I could of taken more pictures. But being it was for a funeral I only took a few. You should be ashamed of yourselves for people in my situation trust you to take a beautiful arrangement to the last good bye of a loved one and you show up with your cheap work! Yet you have no trouble charging over $500 and ruining someone’s last good bye! Shame on you!

They charged me $20 over the budget I gave them did not include one of the flower types I asked for and gave me this saying it was $70 worth of flowers. Would not recommend. I in fact called them the next day and the same lady I talked to the first time answered she admitted to not telling me there was an extra delivery charge and tax on top of my “budget” but hung up when I told her a refund for the extra $20 was in order. Keep in mind this shop is barely over a mile away from me.
